Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• You cancel within 7 days of payment AND have not yet submitted your intake questionnaire
• Work has not yet been started by your assigned writer
• We fail to deliver your documents within the specified timeframe due to reasons on our end (not due to incomplete intake information)
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• You are genuinely dissatisfied after all included revision rounds have been used, and the documents do not meet the described service
• We are unable to match you with a writer specialising in your industry (in this case a full refund is also possible)

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• You have submitted your intake form and work has already begun
• Dissatisfaction based on employment outcomes (we do not guarantee job offers)
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Rush Delivery add-on fees once delivery has been made within the rush timeframe
• Career Coaching sessions once the session has taken place
• Change of mind after all revision rounds have been used satisfactorily

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@resumecraftwiz.com with:

• Your full name and order email address
• Your PayPal transaction ID
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a PayPal dispute. We resolve all legitimate issues promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of future service access.
