1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing resumecraftwiz.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ResumeCraftWiz provides professional resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career coaching, and related career document services. The specific deliverables for each plan are described on our Pricing page.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are placed and paid via PayPal. Payment is required in full before work begins.
• Prices are listed in USD. PayPal will convert to your local currency at their current exchange rate.
• You will receive an email confirmation and intake questionnaire link within 1 business day of payment.
• Work begins once you complete and submit the intake questionnaire.

4. Delivery

• Starter Plan: 5 business days from intake submission
• Professional Plan: 3 business days from intake submission
• Executive Plan: 24 hours from intake submission
• Rush Delivery add-on: 24 hours for any plan

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by incomplete or unclear intake information are the client's responsibility.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are included as specified per plan (Starter: 1, Professional: 3, Executive: unlimited). Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. A revision is a refinement of the existing document based on your feedback — not a complete rewrite with new information.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the intake questionnaire
• Respond to writer queries within 3 business days to avoid delivery delays
• You retain full ownership of all delivered documents
• You grant us a limited right to use anonymised, non-identifiable excerpts as examples in our marketing (opt-out available on request)

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the delivered documents. ResumeCraftWiz retains the right to use anonymised portions as portfolio examples unless you request otherwise. Our website content, templates, and branding remain our intellectual property.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied after all included revision rounds, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for monetary refund eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

ResumeCraftWiz does not guarantee employment outcomes. Resume writing improves your chances of getting interviews but cannot guarantee job offers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Prohibited Use

• You may not use our documents to misrepresent your qualifications fraudulently
• You may not resell or redistribute our services or deliverables
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our templates or proprietary methods

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raigad District, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
